Windsor Rouse Hill

Project Updates
date30.01.2023

We’re excited to announce our latest architectural project located in the rapidly growing suburb of Rouse Hill. This residential development includes the construction of 4 storey Residential Flat Buildings across 3 blocks, featuring 364 apartments and 375 basement car parking spaces. The building entrances have been designed with a focus on community, with grand and welcoming spaces that encourage residents and visitors to interact. The open and airy lobby features comfortable seating and ample natural light, making it the perfect spot for catch-ups or waiting for guests.

Terrace homes feature direct street access and stoop stairs for sitting, promoting a sense of community and connection to the neighbourhood. The open fire stairs are visible and accessible, promoting physical activity and wellbeing while also providing an extra layer of safety in case of fire. Large balconies blend indoor and outdoor living seamlessly, and the development includes a beautifully landscaped public domain with a variety of seating options.

The facades and colours of the building draw upon the utilitarian history of the area and the earthy tones of the buildings blend seamlessly into the landscape. The development at 806-812 Windsor Road, Rouse Hill, is a visionary and exciting project that promises to bring new life to the surrounding community.
