Our design takes into account the surrounding context, including the river, public square, park, and other key areas. We aimed to create an open space that captures the connection with the broader community, emphasizing the importance of community engagement and interaction.

We incorporated sky gardens and lobbies every three levels to provide residents with open spaces to meet, interact, and appreciate the surrounding landscape.

These areas were designed to create micro-communities within the verticality of the tower, adding to the vibrancy of the building.

Our team is thrilled with the outcome of this design competition, and we are proud to have been a part of this project. Our design demonstrates our commitment to design excellence and our ability to create buildings that are both beautiful and functional.

Fuse Architects acknowledges the First Nations peoples, the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation, as the Traditional Custodians of the diverse lands where we live, work, and create. We admire their deep and enduring connections to the land, sea, and community. We are committed to meaningful dialogue, as we work together to honour the past and shape a harmonious future. We pay our respects to the wisdom of their Elders, past, present, and emerging.
