Our Voice in Sustainability: Georgios on the 2025 Jury
The eight-member jury brings together prominent voices whose practices and ideas are shaping a more resilient future for Australia’s cities and communities. Joining Georgios on the panel are Dick Clarke (BDAA / Envirotecture, Head Judge), Jeremy Spencer (Positive Footprints), Mahalath Halperin (Mahalath Halperin Architects), Heather McCabe (DJRD Architects), Sandra Furtado (Furtado Williams), Tony Edye (Tony Edye & Associates), and Shae Parker McCashen (Green Sheep Collective).
For us at Fuse, this recognition underscores the values we hold at the core of our practice, sustainability, innovation, and collaboration. Georgios’s appointment is not only an honour for him personally, but also reflects the collective ethos of our studio: architecture that is grounded in people, resilient in performance, and ambitious in vision.
At Fuse Architects, we are proud to share that our own Georgios Anagnostou has been appointed to the jury of the 2025 Sustainability Awards, representing Fuse on one of Australia’s most respected platforms for sustainable architecture and design.
Now in their 19th year, the Sustainability Awards celebrate leadership, innovation, and excellence across the built environment.
The jury will assess projects, people, and products that push the boundaries of sustainable design, with the shortlist to be announced later this year. Winners will be celebrated at the 2025 Sustainability Awards Gala at Sydney Town Hall on Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
