Project Updates
date27.09.2022

Development Application submitted for a six storey Mixed Use adaptive re-use project in the Western Sydney town centre of Chester Hill.

The building blends a variety of uses including retail, office/ commercial, 105 place child care centre, 50 affordable co¬living rooms linked to a roof level co-work space, meeting rooms, and communal social spaces off a generous open roof terrace.

The project aims to promote a village-style mix of uses and help nurture a sustainable synergy that will enhance day and night time activities within the town centre. The permeable design of the building circulation will help promote regular instances of physical activity to support and encourage a healthier lifestyle for the residents and visitors, via actions such as climbing stairs.

The project is part of Fuse Architects ongoing commitment to explore and help deliver vibrant mixed-use town centres where people will live, work, learn, shop, recreate and just stay.

Fuse Architects acknowledges the First Nations peoples, the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation, as the Traditional Custodians of the diverse lands where we live, work, and create.
