Fuse’s Global Studio Exchange Initiative
As part of Fuse’s 2025 Global Studio Exchange Initiative, we recently welcomed Kathleen from our Philippines studio to Sydney for a two-week visit focused on collaboration, connection, and shared learning.
Kathleen’s time in Sydney provided the opportunity to meet colleagues in person, collaborate face-to-face, visit project sites she has contributed to remotely, and experience the city together. These moments are an important part of how we work as a global practice, strengthening relationships and shared understanding across studios.
The Studio Exchange Initiative reflects Fuse’s commitment to investing in its people and fostering meaningful professional growth through cultural exchange. By bringing teams together across geographies, we continue to build a connected studio culture that values collaboration, cultural awareness, and long-term relationships, wherever our people are based.
